Directions from the Florida Main Land: Take The Florida Turnpike south until it turns into U.S. Highway 1 at Florida City. Stay on U.S. Highway 1 (Overseas Highway) for approximately 40 miles. Pass through Key Largo and Tavernier. The Cheeca Lodge entrance is located on Upper Matecumbe Key, Mile Marker 82 across from The Trading Post Market.
